Course Objective

This course is intended to improve the participant’s documentation skills and become familiar with forms used by other recreation therapists to document assessment, treatment plan and progress notes.

Participant will be able to identify concepts for effective client deficit identification needed to effectively complete assessment, develop a solid treatment plan, and accurately document therapeutic outcomes, (using this presenter’s progress note style) as evidenced by watching the presentation fully and providing feedback on the information obtained..
