Professional Quality of Life is a common framework used among helping professionals. However, little research has been explored using this framework among TR practitioners. This session will provide an in depth overview of the components of Professional Quality of Life as well as discuss the research findings among TR practitioners working in LTC homes. Participants will have the opportunity to reflect on the their own positive and negative lived experiences as recreation therapist.
